Projected on a prominent highway in Beirut, these towers mix, harmoniously, different apartment sizes and offer various new residential solutions to the Urban Habitat. Again, the urban gardens are positioned, skillfully, in the 3D grid, adding variety and greenery to, otherwise, a generic solution. Architectural elements were designed adopting the latest technologies. Living and reception spaces are oriented to benefit from the sea view. Gross residential area is 20,000 m2 – lobbies, parking and services being excluded.
